GENERAL

Changes

  • You'll now be presented with an overlay when coming back to a page while not being logged in anymore. The overlay will have a link to the login page, which will open in a new tab when clicked. After logging back in, you can go back to the first tab and continue your work

COMMON

Changes

  • Added more functions to/in the CommonInterface, please see the wiki: https://wiki.smt-x.com/index.php/JavaScript

  • Datastore parameters of type "Filtered Person Parameter" are now fetched in a different way. This should enhance the performance for these

FORMS

Changes

  • The "Export data" field now uses the display headers and order of the columns defined on the selection field

SERVICE CATALOG

Changes

  • Cancel requests (publication, review cycle completion, ...) are now configurable via ACLs

  • You can now specify if a custom actor should be available as a filter on the services overview page (e.g. as: I'm custom actor X)

  • The duplicate name check on publication now also takes retired services into account

  • You can now specify filters on all built-in actors (e.g. owner, owner deputy, ...) and custom actors per template

TICKETING

Changes

  • It's now possible to link documents to a task via the WorkflowInterface.addTask or WorkflowInterface.updateTask

  • Tickets with status "Resolved" are not in the views "Tickets for me" or "Tickets for my groups" anymore

  • It's now possible to use BB code in messages (actions)

Fixes

  • Updates via default answers on a task added in 7.24.09 were already shown in the UI behind the modal while not being saved yet

WORKFLOW
