Reporting

SSP 7 offers Reporting in 2 basic methods:

- Graphical

- Excel sheet reporting

The Reporting section creates in-sight views on Visits & Requests placed, Webstore & Item Reporting.

Basic Reporting

Basic Reporting present pre-defined graphics on the usage of SSP 7, and SLA benchmarking on tickets.

The filters on top allow you to choose a start & end month & year.

The following graphics are offered :

1. Dashboard Visits / Month

This charts shows the number of visits on the Dashboard (the initial entry page during a normal login) per month.

2. Form Visits / Category

This charts shows all forms visits, grouped in Categories. Mouse-over any column to see the name of the Category.

3. Total requests placed & visited per form

This charts shows the visits & submitted forms. Each form is represented by 2 bars:

- Blue : the visits, so the amount of time a form was opened

- Yellow : Submitted, showing how many time a form was submitted.

4. Tickets per process ( closed / open )

This chart shows the tickets per process. Each column represents a single process.

The colors indicate how the tickets are performing versus their SLAs. SLAs are set in the Step Details of the process. The Deadline field (indicated in days, used to trigger off the reminder email) is the SLA deadline as well. When you mouse-over a column's section, you will see the number of ticket in that section.

The colors indicate each section:

- Green : Finished, within SLA

- Orange : Finished, out of SLA

- Yellow: In progress, within SLA

- Red : In progress, out of SLA

Webstore Reporting

Webstore Reporting gives an overview of the activity on the different Shops. The charts give an overview on visits, product popularity and number of products.

The filters on top allow you to choose a start & end month & year.

The following graphics are offered :

1. Shop Visits & Requests / Month

This chart shows the number of visits (blue bars) & completed requests (Orange line) of all shops per month.

Mouse-over any column or point on the line to see the number of visits or requests.

2. Visits / Shop

This chart shows the number of visits over the selected period using the filters on top, per Shop.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of visits and the Shop name.

3. Top 10 Products Ordered

This charts shows the 10 best selling products over all Shops. A completed request is required to be eligible for this chart.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of requests and the Product's name.

4. Bottom 10 Products Ordered

This charts shows the 10 least selling products over all Shops. A completed request is required to be eligible for this chart.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of requests and the Product's name.

5. Products per Shop

This chart shows the total number of offered products per Shop.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of products and the Shop's name.

6. Products per Service

This chart shows the total number of offered products per Service.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of products and the Service name.

Item Reporting

Item Reporting gives an overview of the Items that are loaded in My Items, for all users. The charts give an overview on Items per Service and per Vendor.

The filters on top allow you to choose a start & end month & year.

The following graphics are offered :

1. Items per Service

This chart shows the number of Items over the selected period using the filters on top, per Service.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of Items and the Service name.

2. Items per Vendor

This chart shows the number of Items over the selected period using the filters on top, per Vendor.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of Items and the Vendor name.

3. Items per Service group

This chart shows the number of Items over the selected period using the filters on top, per Service group.

Mouse-over any column to see the number of Items and the Service group name.

Excel Reporting

Excel Reporting filters on tickets in the processes.

You first need to create a Reporting template. This is done per Process, and is explained in this section.

The following options are available:

  • Select the Process from the list. The list contains all Processes in SSP.

  • Start Date Ticket From / To : Set the range in between the ticket is started in SSP. This is optional, if no dates are entered, all tickets will be chosen (if no range has been set for the Close date).

  • Close Date Ticket From / To : Set the range in between the ticket is closed in SSP. This is optional, if no dates are entered, all tickets will be chosen (if no range has been set for the Start date).

  • Template : Select the template from the list. If no templates are defined for the chosen Process, this list will be empty and you can not create an Excel report.
