Using a replace placeholder in a variable that was being used in an Execute JavaScript step resulted in a wrongly encoded value (extra double quotes were added). This was a problem since version 7.23.03 and is fixed in this version (patches for 7.23.03 and 7.23.04 are available)
In case the actor of a step was a group and the group mailbox was the only recipient in combination with "people to be informed", then those people to be informed got the email twice. This was a problem since 7.23.04 and is fixed in this version

A filter can now be added to the fields that use a datastore parameter as data source.
Adding empty documents to a service is not allowed anymore
More options are available regarding the editor person list and editor person group list of a service (whether or not to add the creator as editor, mandatory options are enhanced)

It's now possible to configure "Show service messages on top" within a service catalog admin service tab application
