Action Forms

To link an existing form to a template, follow these steps:

• Edit the template

• Access the tab 'Actions'.

This will show the current linked action forms:

Use the EDIT-icon to set the Phases when this Aciton Form is presented to the users, as well as the form to show.

You can remove a linked Action Form with the DELETE-icon:

Additional options:

• Goto request: this opens the linked form

• Edit request: this opens the linked form, in edit-mode.

ACL Remark

When adding an Action Form, you should also check the ACLs, to verify who has access.

Keep in mind that the ACL entitled 'Action - All unspecified' covers all Action Forms, which do not have a specific ACl set up.
