Support Groups

Depending on the configuration settings of your template, this tab will ask to provide input on the support groups responsible for the current service. Please note that the naming of the groups may get generated automatically.

Group targets & operation hours

By default, all groups have the operation hours and SLA objectives defined in the service. Some groups however may have a different schedule or objectives. In case they differ from the service set the option Match with service to No, and set the service targets, operation hours for that group.

Unavailable dates

For each support group you can define public holidays.
