Requests

Service delivery to customers may be expressed through the offering of request forms. At this tab you can link existing SSP Forms to mark these forms as part of the current service.

Once a Form is linked to a service, you can select if this form is request one of the following activities

• Add: Get a subscription to the service

• Action: Modify the current subscription

• Delete: remove current subscription

Depending on the type, forms can be hidden or displayed, depending on the fact of the logged in user (in public UI) has a running subscription to the service.
