Pergapedia / SSP7 Admin guide

The Pergapedia platform consists out of the following components:

• Catalog - Manage your corporate knowledge and share it with your staff

• Fullfillment platform - Provide the possibility to interact with your staff by means of online request forms, email integrations and mobile apps.

• Studio - Add custom services on top of the Pergapedia platform for even more employee enablement.

Previously, the Pergapedia platform was known as SSP7. Customers using the SMTX SSP7 will be migrated to Pergapedia in due time and will be informed personally about this.
