SMTX Admin guide

The SMTX platform consists out of the following components:

• Object Lifecycle Manager - Manage every stage of your objects’ lifecycle — from definition to retirement.

• Fullfillment platform - Provide the possibility to interact with your staff by means of online request forms, email integrations and mobile apps.

• Studio - Add custom services on top of the SMTX platform for even more employee enablement.

The SMTX Platform has dedicated branding and out-of-the-box configurations for various industries. The name Pergapedia is used specifically within Healthcare and GOVZelf is used within Government environments. All other industries are served with the SMTX branded platform.

Legal and Technical Context

The platform is developed on a proprietary architecture for which the supplier acts as the sole custodian and manager of the source code. Access to and control over the underlying source code therefore remain exclusively with the supplier.

The available technical documentation is limited in scope and may not be fully transferable or usable by third parties without the active cooperation of the supplier. Certain elements of the system design, implementation details, and operational knowledge depend on the supplier’s involvement.

Additionally, several integrations and configurations within the platform are highly supplier-specific. Due to this level of specialization, third parties would generally not be able to assume maintenance, modification, or continuation of the system without undertaking substantial redevelopment or reconstruction efforts.
