You can now choose wether the reminders, escalation and auto-close time is in business days (= default) or days, weeks, months or years

Searching for tickets based on the current actor resulted in an error when the database was Oracle and the actor searched for was a person group
Sometimes the inactive person record was selected as actor instead of the active one in case there were multiple person records with the same emailaddress or unique id

Enhanced the documents filter possibilities on the edit service screen
The selection fields with the datastore as datasource can no longer be set as language dependent. The key field is now always language independent and the display, sort and help text fields are now always language dependent

Fixes
When the length of a multiline text field with bb code was exactly the maximum length as defined in the template, the value wasn't shown in view mode on the edit service page
