COMMON

Changes

  • You now have access to the request content in the post script when doing a web service call.

  • A timeout can be set per web service by adding a header with the name "Timeout".

  • "Show usages" in the datastore parameter overview now includes the usages in studio applications too.

FORMS

Changes

  • The "is running" flag for auto forms that were running for more than 1 day is set to false.

  • The maximum number of columns in a grid field is now 50.

WORKFLOW

Changes

  • You can now use #REPLACE.Receiver.Fullname#, #REPLACE.Receiver.Firstname# and/or #REPLACE.Receiver.Lastname# in email templates.

TICKETING

Changes

  • A task now can have a category.

  • The priority of a task can be set as mandatory.

  • A task now can have a configuration item, when a list of configuration items is available on the assigned to person group.

  • You can now search on form when searching for tickets.

SERVICE CATALOG

Changes

  • The phase and type are removed from the versions created from a service. This data is now only stored on the service record.

  • The system now generates an error message when you try to import a template that has multiple parts with the same internal name.

  • The tab Receivers will be removed from the application by 1/1/2024.

Fixes

  • There was a problem when getting the service details when there wasn't a http context available.

  • Changing data in the review cycle doesn't set the flag "New publication needed" anymore.

STUDIO

Changes

  • You can now link datastore parameters, web services, processes, forms and roles to a studio application. These can then be loaded as relations when adding the application to an export package.

RELEASE MANAGER

Changes

  • Studio applications now have datastore parameters, web services, processes, forms and roles linked to them.

  • A different folder can be set via the import properties for a studio application.
