Changes
When setting multiple triggers for the same event on a template, the possible phases for those triggers are now taken into account when the trigger occurs. E.g.: you can set multiple publication request triggers linked to different phases and based on the current phase the correct process will be started.
Fixes
The visibility, default value, datastore parameter filter and validation error settings are now re-evaluated after changing the template of a service (available via the API or when retiring a template)
When clearing out the visibility, datastore parameter filter and validation error settings, those empty settings weren't reflected in the services
