Introduction

Pergapedia is a platform to support internal staff in their day to day operation, with knowledge, service delivery and process automation.

The Pergapedia platform is a multi-purpose platform that support data management, workflow automation, back-office work management and integrations with other systems. Some examples for which Pergapedia is used:

  • Data management catalog

    • Share corporate knowledge like vision, procedures, common practices, point of contacts, how-to manuals with everyone in your organization in a single place.

    • Publish service offerings to your customers, including service level information and ability to search through the catalog.

    • Keep track of University research projects and document how researches are related to each other

  • Process automation

    • Use online forms to request services and process the requests, with (partial) automation

    • Manage incoming requests with a team of people and keep track who is working on what and what's the current status

  • Word document generation

    • Build Word documents automatically, based on information provided by your audience and input added by the delivery team

  • Studio Add-ons

    • Build custom apps on top of the Pergapedia framework. Make use of workflows and available person data to build add-ons.

    • Workspace reservations. Keep track of who is when in the office.

    • Visitor registration. Automate the process of visitor administration, including the option to reserve parking spot
