Service Changed flag

When a service is published and gets updated, a warning message is displayed at the top of the service admin details page. The warning is to remind the editor that there are changes that have not been published yet.

This flag gets set in case one of the following changes are made to a service:

  • Add/delete/update provider / customer

  • Add/delete/update request

  • Add/delete/update authorisation

  • Update targets

  • Update attended operation hours

  • Add/delete/update support groups (both name, targets, unavailable dates, attended operation hours, locations, and custom fields)

  • Uniqueid Phase

  • Owner

  • Manager

  • Deputy

  • Icon

  • Banner

  • Parts

  • Maintenance window

  • Assignment and routing

  • Type

  • Name

  • Description

  • Summary

Please note that also changes done through the API will set this flag and show the warning message
