Set translation label for Publication request button

On the 'General' tab, the button for the publication request is shown. This says by default 'Request approval', but you can set the labels per trigger.
To do this, open the trigger and enter a unique reference in the field 'Translation key customisation'. In the example below, we entered 'Trigger1_PI_HoD':
Next, you will need to add a complete set of new translation labels. Access Admin > translations, and add this list, replace '<TranslationKeyCustomisation>' with the entered value from above.
