Contracts

This page allows you to configure the service provider (1 selection possible) and the customers paying for the service (multiple selections possible).

You will see a organizational structure, that allows you to select business units or departments.

Go to Admin >> Adapters >> Person data to configure the Business Units Settings at the bottom of the page. This setting is used to display the organization list.

After selecting a customer, you'll get the possibility to define a contact person and that person's deputy. These people can be considered as the contract managers for that customer.
