General settings

Overall settings of a service, independent on the template the service is based on.

Field	Content
Id	Unique Id of a service. Be aware that this id exists next to the guid of a service. Both are used to retrieve information about the service through API calls. The guid can be found in the url in. Its the number behind "genericguid=".
Templates	Name of the template on which this service is based
Name	Name of the service. Depending on the configuration of your template, this field is editable or based on the content of other fields. Check your template definition for this.
Summary	Contains a summary to give an overall description about the service. Just like the Name field, can the summary field be based on values coming from fields on the Service Data tab.
Icon	Upload on icon for the service. The icon can be displayed in the public user interface
Banner	Upload an image to show next to the service summary in the public UI. In case no image is uploaded, the default image is shown.
Phase	List of available phases. Certain specific actions are related to a phase. The contents of this list is coming from the table ServicePhase. Please update this table to add or remove phases.
Type	Type of the service, used to group similar type of service together
Current State	State of the publication process. The state can be Not published, Published requested, Published, Unpublication requested, unpublished, retired.
Request delete	This field is available as long as the service has not been published. If a service is published, deletion can only be done after the unpublication process has completed.
