Logging
Process administrators have the possibility to always check the contents of the process log. In case a user has Admin rights on a process (read or write) an additional section called "Log" is added to the process overview, containing the log of the current process.
The visibility of the log can be defined per process. Under the process General Settings/General Settings there is an option
If the Log is public set to "yes" everyone can see the log. If it is set to "no",only the administrator can see it.
In case the log information needs to be used in reports or external systems, the log information can be included by using the reference #REPLACE-STEP-LOG-Process Log#.
