TICKETING

Changes

This release provides an update to combine settings for sending emails from the workflow and ticketing. It is now possible to set the same configurations within ticketing and the profile page.

The following settings are available:

  • NEW: Send email when there is a workflow action assigned to my group(s)

    • This setting now overrules all other settings users may have set per group. If a WORKFLOW step gets assigned to a group, by default all group members receive a notification. Users can disable this email by unsubscribing from this email in their profile page. This new setting overrules everything and when disabled, no emails will be sent to a person in case of a WORKFLOW step assigned to one of the person’s groups.

  • Send email when there is a ticket assigned to my group(s)

    • This setting is related to TICKETING. When a ticket is assigned to a group, this option allows you to configure if an email is sent to you as member of the assigned group or not. This option is only applied for tickets that have no assigned person.

  • Send email when there is a ticket assigned to me

    • This setting is related to TICKETING. When a ticket is assigned to a person, this option allows you to configure if an email is sent to you or not.

  • NEW: Send email when a ticket assigned to my group(s) gets the 'Updated’ status

    • This setting is related to TICKETING. When a ticket gets the status Updated and is assigned to a group but not to a person, this option allows you to configure if an email is sent to you as member of the assigned group.

  • Send email when a ticket assigned to me gets the 'Updated' status

    • This setting is related to TICKETING. When a ticket gets the status Updated and is assigned to a group AND a person, this option allows you to configure if an email is sent to you as the assigned person.

  • Send email when there is a task assigned to my group(s)

    • This setting is related to TICKETING. When a task is assigned to a group, this option allows you to configure if an email is sent to you as member of the assigned group or not. This option is only applied for tasks that have no assigned person.

  • Send email when there is a task assigned to me

    • This setting is related to TICKETING. When a task is assigned to a group AND a person, this option allows you to configure if an email is sent to you as the assigned person. Each option has its own email template to use.
