Subscriptions

Users can have a subscription to a service. This means that a user is actually using the service. The fact that a service is subscribed has nothing to do with the Contract or Receivers tab within the service details. Subscriptions can be loaded from external sources.

In the current version of the service catalog, subscriptions aren't actively used
