Address Book Settings
SSP uses a centralized Address book. This list is maintained in a DataStore Parameter of your choice. Entries in the Address Book can be used easily as actors in Process steps. The advantage of the Address Book is that you only need to update the email address or other credentials in one place, in stead of the need to change it in every step in every process.
Under General settings, you can set the link and details to this Parameter :
In the General Settings of the Admin panel select find the section "Address book parameter"
Select the correct parameter from the selection list.
Select the name field in the selection box next to "Address book name field"
Select the e-mail field in the selection box next to "Address book e-mail field"
Click SAVE or OK to save the settings.
