Triggers are actions that start a process or workflow (for example creating a ticket).
This scope controls which Triggers are available to the selected Personas. When the Use right is granted, the Trigger is visible and can be executed.
If All unspecified is selected, the Use right applies to all Triggers that do not have a more specific ACL.
