Adding an ACL for Core Data scope

The Core Data scope gives VIEW or EDIT rights to several built-in system fields grouped under this scope. These fields appear across multiple tabs of an object.

Typical Core Data fields include:

  • Banner

  • Changed since publication flag

  • Current state (not editable)

  • Customer approval persons

  • Customers (contract )

  • Edit person groups

  • Editor persons

  • Id (not editable)

  • Icon

  • Manager

  • Name

  • Outages

  • Owner

  • Owner deputy

  • Phase

Use this scope when control over built-in metadata fields is required.
