Adding an ACL for Data part scope

The Data part scope gives VIEW or EDIT access to individual parts (fields) of an object.

Steps:

1. Select the parts you want to control as Items.

2. Assign View, View comments, Edit, and Edit comments rights.

Notes:

• Tabs are controlled separately under the Data tab scope.

• Rights on individual parts override rights on the tab.
