Adding an ACL for Data part value scope

This scope controls which selection values of a data part are available to a Persona.

Supported part types

• Checkboxes

• Dropdown list

• Radio buttons

Requirement The part must use a datastore as its data source.

Usage

• Select the Part for which value access should be controlled. Then type the Part value exactly as it appears in the datastore and press Enter to add it.

• Use All unspecified to grant access to all values that do not have a more specific ACL defined.

• Or leave All unspecified unchecked and explicitly define allowed values.

• Grant the Select right to allow the Persona to see and choose the value(s).

If no Data part value ACLs exist for a part, all values are visible to all users by default.
