Access ACL of a template

Many ACL scopes include the All Unspecified checkbox. This option controls how permissions are applied to items that do not have a specific ACL defined for them.

ACLs for a template are managed from the ACL tab. This tab contains:

• A table showing all ACLs currently defined for the template

• Filters to quickly locate specific ACL records

• 3 buttons on adding and removing ACLs:

  • Add by scope, refer to chapter Add new ACL

  • Add defaults, refer to chapter Add default ACLs

  • Remove ACLs (x), refer to chapter Remove All ACLs

Each ACL entry defines which Personas have which rights within a specific scope.
