Adding an ACL for Review cycle log scope

Controls access to the review cycle log of the object.

• View – allows the Persona to view existing review cycle log entries.

• Add – allows the Persona to add new entries to the review cycle log.

If View is not granted, the review cycle log is not visible to the Persona.
