Adding an ACL for Support group part scope

This scope controls view and edit access to Support Group parts within the object.

Use this ACL to define which Personas can view or edit fields that belong to Support Groups. When All unspecified is selected, the assigned rights apply to all Support Group parts that do not have a more specific ACL defined.

More specific ACLs on individual Support Group parts will override this setting.
