Adding an ACL for Relation as parent part scope

Controls access to individual parts (fields) within relations where the current object acts as a parent.

• Grant View and/or Edit rights to control visibility and editability of relation fields.

• Use All unspecified to apply the rights to all relation parts without a more specific ACL.

• Part-level ACLs override relation-level ACLs.
