Adding an ACL for Data tab scope

This ACL assigns View, View comments, Edit, and Edit comments rights to data tabs within the object.

• Select one or more tabs under Items, or use All unspecified to apply the rights to all tabs without a more specific ACL.

• Rights assigned to individual parts always override rights defined at tab level.
