Adding an ACL for Relation as child scope

Controls access to relations where the current object acts as a child.

You can grant the following rights:

• View – view existing parent relations

• Add – create a new relation to a parent object

• Edit – modify an existing relation

• Delete – remove an existing relation

Use All unspecified to apply the rights to all parent relations that do not have a more specific ACL defined.
