Adding an ACL for Quality note scope

Controls access to quality notes within the object.

You can grant the following rights:

• View – view existing quality notes

• Add – create new quality notes

• Edit note text – edit the content of a note

• Edit public flag – change the public/private setting of a note

• Edit – edit note properties

• Delete – remove quality notes

If more fine-grained control is required (for example, restricting access to a specific quality note type such as IT Notes), this can be achieved using an extra condition script with JavaScript.
