Adding an ACL for Relation as child part scope

Controls access to individual parts (fields) within relations where the current object acts as a child.

• Grant View and/or Edit rights to control visibility and editability of relation fields.

• Use All unspecified to apply the selected rights to all relation parts that do not have a more specific ACL defined.

• Part-level ACLs override more general relation-level ACLs.
