GENERAL
Encryption
Starting now, when transferring the SSP application (excluding the database) to a new server, it is mandatory to export encryption keys from the current server and import them into the new server. This enhancement ensures stronger security for passwords and credentials.

Environments Utilizing Oracle
Oracle searches are now case insensitive by default, with the option to enable case sensitivity if desired.
COMMON

TICKETING
Fixes
In the ticket system, there was a flaw where users could search and view tickets assigned to individuals or groups without having the necessary permissions. Although users could see these tickets in the search overview, they couldn't access the ticket details if unauthorized. This issue is addressed and fixed in version 7.26.01, which includes a relevant patch.
SERVICE CATALOG
Changes
When creating a new service, the default values and visibility rules occasionally caused issues, especially when they depended on each other.
Enhanced loading performance for extended data on the service overview page.
The internal name of a part now appears in the search and available parts sections on the settings page.
RELEASE MANAGER
Fixes
Importing a form and process link utilizing the "Tasks" field occasionally led to an error.
